  • ¼ cup Skim milk
  • 3 oz. Plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Frozen blueberries
  • 10 Small frozen strawberries
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¾ tsp Honey

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth consistency is reached.
